Si tengo que nombrar cepas que tienen proyeccion en chile, pienso en Cabernet Franc.
El paladar nuestro tiene historia del cabernet sauvignon, por lo mismo el cabernet franc, cuando está bien trabajado, como en este caso, es una cepa generosa en aromas y potente en boca.

Si tengo que nombrar cepas que tienen proyeccion en chile, pienso en Cabernet Franc.
El paladar nuestro tiene historia del cabernet sauvignon, por lo mismo el cabernet franc, cuando está bien trabajado, como en este caso, es una cepa generosa en aromas y potente en boca.

En el caso de este CF está nuevito ( primera producción del campo de Idahue ) y ya está a un altísimo nivel, si le damos un par de años en botella ganará hasta niveles que pueden sorprender.

Las producciones venideras de estas Parras, cuando ganen en experiencia y adultez, serán sin lugar a dudas un referente del mercado.

Recomendación, comenzar a comprar este CF desde ahora, sumar cada año unas botellas de la añada siguiente y en unos años más tendrás en tu cava un lujo de vino.

Don @enologochileno sabe lo que está haciendo, tiene la vista puesta a lo lejos, el vino no es para hombres apurados.
